Returns & Exchanges Policy

When you get your goods, you have 15 days for a refund or an exchange.

If it doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it!

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Please kindly know that the return postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the goods is faulty.

If you received a faulty goods or the wrong item, please click the Contact Us link to send us mail so we can make it right.



Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, the items will arrive in 7-10 working days with FedEx generally, if it is a pre-order item, we will notify you via e-mail of the day it will be shipped.

Most importantly, don't forget to sign in your account within 3 days after you place the order to get the tracking Number. If you order as a guest, you can ask for the tracking number via e-mail.

All items will be free shipped by FedEx(other express if FedEx won't work) on our website.
